CPAForce One are heavily involved in the CPA Suction and Vacuum Excavation (SAVE) working group and continue to promote the good practice guideForce One StandardTo enhance industry safety, Force One has created a guide outlining best practices for suction excavation services. This resource is being shared with customers to help them understand what to expect from providersOperative TeamsTo ensure the safety of our operators, we require a two-person team for all suction excavator operations. This eliminates the hazards of lone working and promotes shared responsibility, reducing fatigue and improving productivity. Our practice complies with all A78 suction extraction safety regulations. However, we believe our partnership with Trees for Life is a small yet important step, that we can take towards making a positive commitment to the environment in which we all live and operate. For each day, that our dedicated suction excavator is on hire, we will donate one tree through our company grove. Alongside this partnership, we will continue to produce our annual carbon footprint report and monitor our emissions as well as exploring more environmentally friendly alternatives within suction excavation. From reducing waste in the head office, to educating and encouraging more sustainable habits within Force One team, no matter how small the changes are, it’s a start.
